HEY!
I'M CHRIS

I've been an athlete since I started Judo at the age of 8, a coach since the age of 14 and a professional coach for the past decade. 

Now, I'm a CF-L3 Trainer and an Active Life Professional and I specialise in getting people out of pain without them having to leave the gym or stop being active.

I do this by assessing you, meeting you where you're at and keeping you moving within your current competencies to progress you towards a pain free life.

Most fitness programs focus on tactics. They promise to deliver results if only you'll follow their plan. Regardless of your specific goals, limitations, and ideal outcome, most programs ask you to follow a general prescription.

At this point, we'll be well on our way towards your goals. In your remote sessions, you'll follow your customised program at your convenience, wherever you prefer. This phase also includes monthly mentorship meetings with me to track your progress, cover important educational topics, and make adjustments as necessary.

FREEDOM

Once you've reached your initial goals and mastered the path to success, I believe you've earned the Freedom to chart your next journey. This phase empowers you to think bigger and go after the next goal - in or out of the gym!

ASSESS

During your first 2-4 weeks, we'll work together to assess your range of motion, develop a functional diagnosis, establish success metrics, and create your personalised exercise plan. by.

DEVELOP

During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together to build your confidence and proficiency in four essential areas:

1. Performing movements safely, effectively, and efficiently
2. Understanding and interpreting exercise programs
3. Enhancing lifestyle factors that directly influence achieving your goals
4. Grasping the primary principles of getting out of pain without having to leave the gym and the fundamentals of recovery, capacity, and exercise
